Insurance Defense Attorney

We are a growing firm looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience with extensive Trucking and commercial transportation experience.

Base Pay Range

$150,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience – Trucking/Commercial Transportation
• Previous auto liability experience
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Louisiana

Responsibilities

• Managing their own docket of cases
• Set up claims and track medical treatment
• Supervise medical clerk and case manager
• Review demands
• Negotiate with adjusters
• Communicate the offer to the client and the disbursement of client funds

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $275,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
