The position handles Insurance Defense and civil litigation matters, manages cases through all stages, performs legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and represents clients

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage, or Civil Litigation.
• Experience in MedMal, PI, Product Liability welcome
• Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of litigation experience
• Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage, or Civil Litigation experience
• Experience in areas such as MedMal, PI, Product Liability, or other defense litigation is welcome
• Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills
