The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense, and must hold a Juris Doctorate and active license to practice in Georgia. Join our esteemed boutique defense client in Dunwoody, GA seeking their next motivated and talented Attorney.

We are seeking an Associate with the desire or experience in Insurance Defense practice.

High-level Overview

Who You Are:

• You are already good and want to become great at what you do - litigate
• You have in-house counsel experience at an insurer (Geico, Liberty, etc.) seeking private practice opportunities OR
• You have general litigation experience but a strong desire to practice insurance defense OR
• You are experienced in insurance defense, bodily injury, product liability, and premises liability seeking more practice experience

What You Bring:

• 1-4 stable years of general litigation/defense experience - insurance defense a plus
• Self-starter to proactively manage a litigation caseload, helping oversee cases from inception to close
• Comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting, and arguing motions, as well as conducting and defending depositions
• Strong writing and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities and caseloads
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Admission and good standing with the State of GA Bar
