Expect a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in-office, then remote), a base salary of $110,000–$175,000, monthly bonuses, and additional revenue-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–10 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with research, drafting, and discovery.
• Deposition and trial experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation tasks, including discovery, motion practice, and legal drafting
• Participate in depositions and case development
• Assist in trial preparation and settlement negotiations
• Conduct research and support the case strategy
