Ideal candidates will have experience with employment/healthcare law, environmental or construction litigation, and strong motion-writing abilities. NY license is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in insurance defense or related defense practice.
• Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions, and trial preparation is preferred.
• Active New York license required.

Responsibilities

• Defend a variety of Insurance Defense matters.
• Handle matters in General Liability, Personal Injury, Product Liability, Professional Liability.
• Prepare and strategize for settlements and trials.
