Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Louisiana and in good standing.
• 2–3 years of casualty litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counseling to clients.
