Tyson & Mendes is a national civil defense firm seeking an Associate Attorney in California. The role requires an active CA bar license, JD from an ABA-accredited school, and 1–8 years of litigation experience with trial preparation and depositions. Flexible work arrangements include remote, hybrid, or onsite options.

You will lead case strategies, manage appearances and filings, and collaborate with a seasoned team focused on exceptional client service and justice defense.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license in the State of California.
• 1–8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload through discovery and trial.
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
