Kiernan Trebach LLP in New York, NY, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of Insurance Defense experience to join our Civil Litigation Defense team in a hybrid role.

You will defend a variety of matters, including general liability, personal injury, product liability, and professional liability, from case inception through settlement or trial, with opportunities for growth and active client counseling.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Insurance Defense experience.
• Experience with Employment Law and/or Healthcare Law.
• Experience with environmental and/or construction litigation.
• Experience writing motions, memoranda, summarizing depositions, and trial preparation is preferred.
• Ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial is preferred.
