Job summary

Seattle litigation practice is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its growing team in Washington. You will deepen your civil litigation experience, take on substantive responsibility, and handle a diverse range of complex matters including insurance coverage, commercial disputes, and personal injury.

You'll work with experienced trial attorneys, manage matters through all phases, and enjoy early client exposure, mentorship, and a collaborative culture with hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience in Washington.
• Insurance coverage experience is highly desirable.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Superior organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Desire to take ownership of cases and grow as a litigator.

Responsibilities

• Handle matters through all phases of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Manage discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.
