Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and other litigation proceedings.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and contribute to case strategy.
• Develop knowledge of insurance coverage law through hands-on work and mentorship.
• Manage assignments with attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Gain exposure to all stages of litigation and increasing independence.
