Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in insurance coverage and general liability matters.
• Experience analyzing insurance coverage issues and drafting coverage opinions.
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance coverage issues and liability defense within the General Liability Practice.
• Contribute to all phases of litigation including case management, motions, discovery and depositions.
• Draft thoughtful, well-reasoned coverage opinions on first-party property and GL policies.
• Support mentorship and ongoing professional growth within the firm.
