Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is assisting a leading international law firm in Irvine/LA/San Francisco for an Insurance Coverage Attorney – Litigation (CA). This hybrid role requires 3+ years of coverage litigation experience, CA bar in good standing, and strong policy analysis and writing skills.

You will analyze policies, draft coverage opinions, conduct research with Westlaw/Lexis, and handle depositions, hearings, and trials while coordinating with domestic and international insurers to advance

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Law Review and/or Honors required.
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing (will consider other bar admissions for seasoned candidates).
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience, focus on insurance coverage matters.
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies.
• Ability to provide clear coverage recommendations.
• Experience drafting litigation-related documents.
• Experience participating in litigation proceedings (depositions, mediations, etc.).
• Familiarity with bad faith insurance claims, CG liability, commercial property, E&O, D&O.

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a skilled Associate/Senior Associate/Senior Counsel Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Insurance Coverage Practice Group. This growing practice handles complex, high-value coverage litigation and market conduct matters on behalf of both domestic and international insurers. The work includes commercial general liability, commercial property (including business interruption and environmental matters), errors and omissions claims involving attorneys, agents, and accountants, as well as directors' and officers' coverage.

Candidate Profile

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
  • Law Review and/or Honorsrequired
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing (Will consider other bar admissions for seasoned candidates with extensive coverage experience)
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience, with a focus oninsurance coveragematters

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: Expected annual base salary range of $160,000–$275,000, as determined by experience and market factors
