New York Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing insurance coverage and drafting coverage opinions.
• Litigation experience including depositions, hearings and motions.
• Strong research and writing abilities; admission to the NY Bar required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance coverage issues and prepare coverage opinions for first party property and general liability matters.
• Litigate as needed: take depositions, attend court hearings, and draft/argue motions.
