Job summary

FTI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a professional to support the Global Insurance Services Practice with data-driven insurance compliance reporting, handling client data and premium/claims information.

The role requires 3+ years post-graduate experience, proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables), ability to travel, and US work authorization; Bachelor's degree preferred. You will collaborate with clients and teams, ensure accuracy, and deliver timely, high-quality

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant post-graduate experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and Excel; ability to use Excel for data analytics including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the insurance compliance reporting data team for the Global Insurance Services Practice.
  • This will entail working on the following types of reporting: Workers’ Compensation Unit Statistical Reporting.
  • Receives and processes data from clients (including premium and claims data). This data provides statistical bureaus with a snapshot of a policy at different valuations in time.
  • Run a series of Microsoft access queries to edit and scrub the data received before it is submitted to the bureaus.
  • Organizes and maintains database to facilitate effective data access and analysis.
  • Delivers a high-quality product within established timeframes and budgets.
  • Develops and maintains productive working relationships with client personnel.
