Job summary

Ryan Robuck Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking an organized and efficient individual to assist in gaining and keeping customers. This role emphasizes delivering friendly, prompt service, answering questions about coverage, eligibility, and billing while building relationships with clients.

You will use a needs-based sales approach to inform customers about insurance options and leverage local community connections to expand the agency’s client base.

Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Able to obtain Property/Casualty license.
• Able to obtain Life/Health license.
• Able to achieve service and marketing goals.
• Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use connections in the community to grow the agency by finding new customers.
