Job summary

TRICOR Platteville Office in Platteville, WI is seeking a Business Account Manager (AM) to join our growing team. You will deliver high-level client service, manage accounts, and support retention with insurance knowledge and strong organizational skills.

You will build relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters, review accounts, submit applications, and help tailor coverages to protect clients' assets while representing TRICOR as a trusted local partner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in client service or insurance is beneficial.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, carriers and underwriters.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level client service and focus on retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.
• Manage accurate client file documentation within agency systems.
• Review and evaluate new and existing accounts.
• Complete and submit applications.
• Update or add coverage based on client requests.
• Represent TRICOR in the community as a trusted insurance partner.
