Allied Universal is hiring a Surveillance Investigator to perform discreet mobile and stationary surveillance of claimants to support insurance claims.

Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and be able to work varied hours including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include independent investigations across workers’ compensation, general liability, and disability; documenting observations clearly; and coordinating with law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post offer, complete Allied Universal Investigations' training/orientation.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable work experience, preferably investigations or protective service.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to type reports in Microsoft Word with minimal errors.
• Proficient with laptop, video cameras and cell phones.

Responsabilités

• Conduct independent investigations of insurance claims across multiple coverage types.
• Utilize surveillance techniques and equipment to monitor subjects covertly.
• Document and report observations clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with other investigators and law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal/ethical surveillance standards.
