• Proficient with using computer systems and typing.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs insurance pre-certification and authorization of services by contacting insurance companies and patients.
• Maintains positive relationships with referring physicians and patients.
• Backups front desk reception and scheduling area as needed.
