Day-to-Day Activities

• Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, and close new sales
• Prospect for new sales opportunities
• Maintain strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre‑arranged schedule
• Respond promptly to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans
• Record keeping, accounting for collected funds, and processing policy paperwork

Minimum Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Minimum 18 years of age

• Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preparation

• Licensing: Free study tools and professional guidance to prepare for licensing exams
• Training: New agents complete an onboarding development program, including self‑study, classroom instruction, and field mentoring by a Sales Manager
• On‑the‑Job Training: Earn a paycheck while learning the profession through hands‑on experience
