Horace Mann Educators Corporation is seeking an Insurance Producer to grow a multi-line book focused on educators. You will leverage a performance-based compensation plan with training and support, while working in-person and in the field to develop relationships and close opportunities.

You will present solutions, participate in local events, and stay current on industry trends to expand Horace Mann’s market presence and credentials in the educator community.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain resident state General Lines licenses: Life & Health; Property & Casualty.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to build relationships and network within the local educator community.
