Agents diversify income through property/casualty, life and health lines, manage their schedules, educate clients, and collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to present comprehensive financial products. No buy-in is required, and support is provided to help build a successful agency.

Required Licenses*

• Property/Casualty State Insurance License*
• Life/Health State Insurance License*

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience
