Job summary

American Family Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to become agents who operate as independent contractors. You will represent American Family and manage your agency's sales and growth, including hiring and leading a team to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements include obtaining Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses, and passing background checks. This role offers training and support from a local team and the potential for unlimited compensation as part of an agent
