Job summary

Horace Mann invites motivated individuals to join as Exclusive Insurance Agents in Wisconsin. You will build a personal agency, presenting tailored insurance and financial solutions to educators and groups. Earn through performance-based commissions and participate in a long 48-month incentive program.

You’ll work with an exclusive territory, receive dedicated support, and access cutting-edge technology and training to grow your business without needing a separate office for the first two years.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities.
• Proven ability to manage an agency or business unit.
• Experience in insurance and financial services is preferred.
• Licensed or able to obtain Life & Health, and Property & Casualty licenses.
• Familiarity with FINRA Series 6 & 63 is a plus where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Present insurance and financial solutions to educators and groups.
• Build and manage your exclusive Horace Mann territory.
• Develop client relationships through networking and referrals.
• Engage in community events and industry functions to grow business.
• Leverage Horace Mann tools and training to scale your practice.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
