Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to serve educators with a comprehensive multiline product portfolio. You will own an exclusive niche with defined territory and focus on building relationships, presenting tailored insurance and financial solutions, and driving long-term growth for your agency.

This role offers performance-based compensation, an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, quarterly incentives, and dedicated support to help you grow your business.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Ability to obtain Life & Health and P&C licenses; FINRA Series 6 & 63 where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance solutions and financial security.
• Focus on market access and building strong relationships.

Requirements

• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
