Job summary

Horace Mann invites independent insurance professionals to join a premier agency program. This role offers 1099 compensation with incentives and an exclusive niche territory to build a lasting business without a physical office for the first two years.

You will present a comprehensive multiline product portfolio and leverage cutting-edge technology and training to grow your operations while helping educators secure affordable coverage and financial security.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement affordable insurance solutions and financial security for educators.
• Build market access and strong client relationships.
