Job summary

Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is seeking an Insurance Agent for sales and customer service in Denver, CO. You will handle nonstandard auto insurance sales to new and existing customers, with a focus on inbound leads, walk-in traffic, and relationship building.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, paid training, uncapped commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities
