Job summary

COUNTRY Financial® is seeking motivated individuals to become Insurance Agents in Salem, Oregon. As independent contractors, agents will consult with clients, provide insurance products, and build their own offices.

Opportunities for performance-based rewards and a rich support system are available. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a business focus, and a passion for community impact.

A Property/Casualty and a Life/Health State Insurance License are required to contract.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Property/Casualty State Insurance License.
• Must possess a Life/Health State Insurance License.
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take a consultative approach to grow business with clients.
• Collaborate with financial advisors to inform clients.
