COUNTRY Financial is seeking ambitious professionals to own and operate their own COUNTRY Financial Insurance Agency. As independent contractors, agents manage their own offices, build staff, and diversify income across property/casualty, life and health lines.

Agents educate clients about products, collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Advisors, and enjoy uncapped earning potential with flexible schedules and ongoing marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients and prospects about COUNTRY Financial products and services.

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience
