Job summary

Agency & Agent Staff is looking for motivated individuals to join as Agency Agents, operating independently while promoting American Family Insurance products across Ohio.

This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to manage sales and team dynamics effectively. Candidates will receive training and support from a local team, along with unlimited compensation potential through a New Agent Incentive Program.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
• Pass motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background checks.
