American Family Insurance Agency Staff is seeking motivated individuals to become Agency Owners. This independent contractor opportunity lets you manage your own agency, drive sales, and build a team to meet strategic goals.

You'll obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses, pass background checks, and receive training and local support. If you’re entrepreneurial and committed, this role offers a path to financial stability and a lasting impact on customers.
