American Family Insurance seeks motivated individuals to become Agency Owners in Mason City, IA. As an independent contractor, you will own and operate your own agency, oversee sales, marketing, and personnel, and work to protect customers’ dreams with American Family products.

You'll receive training and local support while building a scalable business with unlimited compensation potential through your agency and incentive programs.
