Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking ambitious professionals to become Insurance Agents who own and grow their own business. You will act as an independent contractor, advising clients on property/casualty, life and health products and coordinating with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors.

There is no buy-in required, licenses can be obtained as part of the contract decision process, and success is tied to performance and community impact.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, motivated and goal-driven.
• Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in insurance/financial services preferred.
• 5+ years in business ownership or managerial roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow business with existing and prospective clients through consultative selling.
• Educate clients about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial products.
• Establish an office and build a staff to support clients.
• Diversify income through our portfolio of products (P&C, life/health).
