Job summary

Horace Mann invites motivated individuals to become Exclusive Insurance Agents supporting educators with affordable insurance and financial security. You will build a personal business in a protected territory using Horace Mann’s multiline product portfolio and cutting-edge technology.

You’ll benefit from a performance-based 1099 compensation plan with a 48-month incentive package, quarterly incentives, and a dedicated service representative to handle client service work, enabling you to focus

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills; ability to build and manage an agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry preferred.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life, Health, Property & Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement affordable insurance solutions and financial security for educators.
• Build market access and strong client relationships.
