This independent contractor role emphasizes relationship-building, presenting products, and growing a personal client network. The position offers competitive, performance-based compensation with a 48-month incentive package, quarterly incentives, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in the insurance/financial services industry (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• Licensing requirements: Life & Health, Property & Casualty, and optional FINRA Series 6 & 63

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency

• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
