American Family Insurance is seeking highly motivated individuals to become Agents, operating as independent contractors representing American Family and its products. You will own and manage your agency, drive sales and growth, and hire your team to meet strategic business goals.

We provide training and support from a local team, with unlimited compensation potential through the New Agent Incentive Program. Licensing in Property and Casualty and Life is required, along with background checks.
