Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and achieve financial security. The role offers 1099 compensation with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package and dedicated service support to grow your client base.

You will work in an exclusive territory with cutting-edge technology and a multiline product portfolio, focusing on relationship-building and market access while attending industry events.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
