Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance solutions while growing their own book of business. The role leverages a niche market with exclusive territory and cutting-edge technology to enable relationship-building and sales success.

The position emphasizes independence, a comprehensive product portfolio, and a strong emphasis on networking and client service, with no external office required for two years.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services.
• Resident state insurance licenses for Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions to help educators obtain affordable insurance and financial security.
• Build market access and strong relationships with clients and groups.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency

• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
