COUNTRY Financial® is seeking ambitious insurance agents in Des Plaines, Illinois, to build a rewarding career with uncapped earning potential. Agents will have the autonomy to manage their own business and will take a consultative approach to grow their client base.

As independent contractors, agents will educate clients on various insurance and financial products while also collaborating with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors. A strong entrepreneurial spirit and effective communication skills are essential for this role.

Required Licenses*

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience
