You will work with a collaborative team, manage policy applications, renewals, and claims, and leverage CRM software and Microsoft Office to maintain records and drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required or preferred in insurance-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales; 3-5 years ideal.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard insurance tools.
• Strong communication, client-service orientation, and detail focus.

Responsibilities

• Submit applications and provide client servicing for insurance needs.
• Underwrite policies, negotiate rates, and handle policy explanations.
• Manage policy renewals, claims, and client inquiries; maintain records.
• Identify client needs, explain options, and process applications.
• Collaborate with SF office team and use CRM/Office tools.
