American Family Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to become Agents through Agency & Agent Staff. As an American Family Insurance Agent, you will operate as an independent contractor responsible for agency management, sales, and growth, with the autonomy to shape your business future.

You will hire and lead a local team, pursue strategic goals, and build financial stability while helping customers protect dreams. Licenses are required and ongoing compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Obtain Property and Casualty and Life licenses to operate as an insurance agent.
• Pass motor vehicle, financial/credit and criminal background checks.
