American Family Insurance is seeking highly motivated individuals to become Insurance Agents who operate as independent contractors, representing American Family and its products. You will own and manage your agency, drive sales, and grow the business from Madison, Wisconsin.

As an agent, you'll recruit and lead a team to meet strategic goals, with support from a local network. The role offers training and an unlimited compensation potential through our New Agent Incentive Program.

Qualifications

• Obtain Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit and criminal background check.
