Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to empower educators with affordable insurance and financial solutions. You will operate within an exclusive territory and focus on building relationships, presenting coverage options, and growing your agency without a traditional office for the first two years.

The role offers a performance-based compensation plan with incentives and cutting-edge technology to support your sales efforts.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

• Identify and pursue solutions that help educators access affordable insurance and financial security.
