Job summary

American Family Insurance is looking for highly motivated individuals to become Agents who operate as independent contractors, owning and managing their own agency while selling American Family products to protect customers' dreams.

As an agent, you will be responsible for agency management, sales growth, and hiring your team to meet strategic business goals, with training and support from a local team. Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life, plus background checks, are required.

Qualifications

• Obtain Property and Casualty and Life licenses.
• Pass motor vehicle, financial/credit and criminal background checks.
