COUNTRY Financial® is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage an established book of business and grow across our full line of products and services.

As an independent contractor, you’ll build your own office, assemble a team, educate clients, and work with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to offer comprehensive solutions. If you’re entrepreneurial, motivated, and community-focused, this role offers flexibility and rewarding growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance and/or financial services.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience.
• Licenses required or to be obtained for contract eligibility.

The Career
