COUNTRY Financial® in Monticello, Minnesota, is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage an established and active book of business. You will promote a range of insurance products while collaborating with financial advisors to provide comprehensive services to clients.

As an independent contractor, you'll have flexibility in managing your schedule and the potential for uncapped earnings through performance-based rewards.

The ideal candidate will hold relevant licenses and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with at least 2 years in the insurance or financial services industry.
