Job summary

COUNTRY Financial® Insurance Agents are independent contractors who manage an established book of business and diversify income across property/casualty, life, and health lines. Agents have autonomy to build a rewarding, financially stable career while serving communities with COUNTRY Financial® products and services.

As a COUNTRY Financial® Insurance Agent, you educate clients, balance schedules, and collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in the insurance or financial services industry.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience.
• Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses required.

• Establish an office and build a staff.
