Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking independent contractor Insurance Agents who grow business by advising existing and prospective clients. You’ll diversify income across property/casualty, life and health lines while maintaining flexibility to balance career and personal interests.

Agents educate clients on products, collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors, and may establish an office and staff. No upfront buy-in is required, with uncapped earning potential and ongoing marketing

• Licenses not required to apply, but ability to obtain licenses is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in insurance/financial services preferred.
