Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable coverage and financial security. You will build and manage your own book of business within an exclusive territory, leveraging cutting-edge technology and support from a dedicated service team to grow your client base.

This role features competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation with a 48-month incentive package and additional quarterly incentives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses.
• Life and Health, Property and Casualty licenses required; FINRA licenses if applicable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency

• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
