I am looking for someone I can train to become an Agency Owner within a year.

You will be required to learn our proven sales system and, as a manager, to help hire and train new agents. I am looking for a strong team leader who is willing to put his or her heart and soul into his or her work.

This is a position with an incredible commission structure.

We have a streamlined lead generation system, so there is no cold calling involved.

The system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need for the product.

Basic Job Description :

• This is a remote (work from home) position.
• I am seeking a sales associate to call clients, set appointments, discuss suitable mortgage protection plans, and fill out electronic applications.
• Our full-time agents typically contact and assist 12 to 15 families weekly.

Some agents start part-time and transition to full-time. This role offers 100% commissions, bonuses, passive income for mentors, team leaders, key leaders, and agency owners.
