Job summary

Confie is hiring an Insurance Agent in the United States. Primary focus is selling nonstandard auto insurance with growth potential into homeowners and health products. You will drive growth, build relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to help clients select the right coverage.

Required: strong sales or customer service background, a HS diploma or GED, and excellent communication. Inbound leads and a comprehensive benefits package accompany a generous pay range and sign-on options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What You Will Do

As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility is selling nonstandard auto insurance, though you will have opportunities to grow earnings with additional products such as homeowners insurance and, when applicable, health insurance.

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers, understand their needs, and expand business opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records of transactions, including deposits and documentation in the agency management system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Establish rapport with clients and provide guidance to help them choose the insurance product that fits their needs.

The Perfect Match

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people

Pay Range

The pay range disclosed reflects a good faith estimate of total compensation for full-time employees, at time of hire. This compensation package includes base pay, commission, bonuses, and all applicable incentives earned by employees. The pay range may be higher, or lower, based on geographical location. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, with the base pay and commission structure aligned to company policies and applicable pay transparency requirements.

Pay Range:

$50000 - $135000 / year **
